Illan aikana sukellettiin l\u00e4hiruoan juurille. Tapahtumaa is\u00e4nn\u00f6i paikallinen keitti\u00f6mestari, l\u00e4hiruokaguru Heikki Ahopelto. Tilaisuuden j\u00e4rjesti Kangasala-talo yhteisty\u00f6ss\u00e4 Kangasalan l\u00e4hiruokahankkeen kanssa. Ilta antoi kasvot Kangasalan l\u00e4hiruoalle kuvin, videon ja l\u00e4hiruokajulkaisun avulla. Kunniavieraina olivat l\u00e4hituottajatorin tuottajat, joilta oli mahdollisuus ostaa paikallisia herkkuja. Satokauden s\u00e4il\u00f6mist\u00e4 saatiin harjoitella workshopeissa, joissa\u00a0 Joel Rosenberg opetti valmistamaan hedelm\u00e4nahkaa ja vinkkej\u00e4 kuivaukseen. Ruokatarjoilusta vastasi Armas Galleria&Keitti\u00f6, jonka kuuluisaa l\u00e4hiruokakebabia oli myynniss\u00e4 koko illan. Tapahtuman ajan oli ilmainen sis\u00e4\u00e4np\u00e4\u00e4sy Kimmo Pyykk\u00f6 -taidemuseoon.<\/p>\r\n

Kangasala-salissa kaupunginjohtaja Oskari Auvinen avasi tilaisuuden, jonka j\u00e4lkeen l\u00e4hiruokakoordinaattori Katja Alakerttula esitteli hieman hanketta ja katseltiin l\u00e4hiruokavideo. Tilaisuuden p\u00e4\u00e4esiintyjin\u00e4 olivat luomuviljelij\u00e4 Marjaana Lahtua Orivedelt\u00e4, Henri Murto Rekolan biodynaamiselta maatilalta Kangasalta ja keitti\u00f6mestari Heikki Ahopelto.
